Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IP-Projects GmbH & Co. KG.

When you visit this site, the hosting provider may process technical access data, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page you opened, the referrer URL, browser information, operating system information, transferred data volume, and HTTP status code.

This is necessary to deliver the website, keep it stable, and investigate technical problems. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is running a secure and reliable website.

Server logs are stored for 7 days and then deleted or anonymised.

I have a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) with the hosting provider.

Trackboxx analytics

I use Trackboxx to understand how this website is used. This helps me see which pages are visited and how the site is performing.

According to Trackboxx, the service does not use cookies and does not store personal data. Trackboxx uses the visitor IP address to generate a code that is assigned to an anonymous user ID during the visit. This code is encrypted with a daily changing signature. Trackboxx states that the data cannot be assigned to a specific person and that visitors cannot be recognised again on a later visit.

Trackboxx also states that there is no cross-site tracking, no linking with other data sources, and no transfer of the analytics data to third parties.

The analytics data is stored anonymously on servers in Germany.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is understanding and improving this website.

I have a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) with Trackboxx.

Contact by email
